Simple Steps To Better Water

Ann Wigmore, in her legendary book "Be Your Own Doctor" writes: "The presence of wheat grass in flouridated water renders the inorganic chemicals harmless."

Wheat grass changes the toxic orbit of electrons to positive.

A simple test was done by adding a handful of wheatgrass to flouridated water for several minutes. When the wheatgrass was removed and the water tested, no flourine was traceable.

You only have to add 1/2 an ounce of wheatgrass to tap water to soften it and make it more alkaline. Fruits and vegetables contaminated by sprays can also be cleansed in this water and remove harmful residue.

Barb Feick, who brings us this video also includes tips on how to use baking soda and sprouts to create better tasting tap water.
