Is the US the "greatest", the way certain lunatic politicians proclaim every day?

Maybe, but life in other countries is better by many objectively measured standards.

What measure? Health for one.

Other countries have better survival rates for infants and mothers, better life expectancy, and less chronic disease.

It's hard to argue with the numbers.

The US is DEAD LAST in all these ratings for developed nations and we pay 2x or more for every medical service which is literally bankrupting the country.
